1. I like how he said no you cant to him talking different things you can learn about someone through an audio clip. In reality, it actually is possible. Youd have to be a professional and usually it would involve using a pc to remove unnecessary background sound. But it is in fact possible. FBI and CIA are great examples of those that use this for investigations. More so the FBI.
