Wavecon 2024
- Registration and Ticket Purchase are both required to attend
- This is our 4th WaveCon, where we meet up with fans and have several events, including but not limited to:
- Game show
- QnA
- Frat Party with Pizza from Eric’s Uncle’s Dough Boyz Pizzeria
- A place for table top games
- Location for console games (consoles not included)
- Sorority Formal (Separate Ticket Purchase)
Dates
- WaveCon will be held August 2-4, 2024
- Check in will be August 2 starting at 12pm EST
- Check out will be August 5 ending at 10am EST
The three different tickets
- WaveCon Event Hall Pass – $100
- 24hr Access to The Gathering Place
- All events located at The Gathering Place including but not limited to:
- The Game Show
- QnA
- Frat Party
- Tabletop games
- Console games (Consoles not included)
- Dorming – $250
- One bed, 3 nights
- Check in Aug 2, check out Aug 5
- single bed
- Twin XL – American standard college dorm bed
- 38in x 80in, 96cm x 203cm
- Fitted bed sheet
- Top sheet
- One pillow
- One pillow case
- Option to room with multiple people up to six people.
- The more people per room, the bigger the room.
- Each room has 1 or 2 beds per “room”
- Rooms are in pod style
- Pictures will come later
